MININUM TOTAL INVESTMENT REQUIRED
The minimum investment required is $500,000 for non-clients or $100,000 for clients of the asset management firm. The Infrastructure investments and Real Estate investments can be combined with Infrastructure and Real Estate investments can be combined to total the $500,000 minimum investment requirement.
TO QUALIFY
Investors must be financially qualified, be Canadian or from a select number of countries worldwide. American investors do not qualify.
