The Ontario Solar Energy Project is a construction-stage roof-top solar installation to be located on an ~ 200,000 square foot building in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

SOLAR PANELS
The solar facility will consist of ~ 2,000 solar panels. It will produce ~ 0.5 megawatts of electricity.

ONTARIO POWER AUTHORITY
Power generated by the facility will be purchased by the Ontario Power Authority (OPA) at a price fixed under a 20-year contract awarded pursuant to the current Feed-In Tariff program.

CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS
The project requires ~ $3 million of capital to install.

INVESTMENT
75% to be invested by private investors and institutions. 25% to be invested by the solar development partner and the building owner.

The Ontario Solar Energy Project is best suited for wealthy investors seeking to balance their asset mix with stable non-stock market investments.

MINIMUM INVESTMENT
The minimum investment required is $100,000 for clients of the issuer,  $500,000 for non-clients.

This Solar Energy Investment can be combined with Real Estate Investments, which are issued by the same issuer, to total the $500,000 minimum investment requirement.

TO QUALIFY
Investors must be qualified, be Canadian or from a select number of countries. American investors do not qualify.

ISSUER
The Infrastructure Portfolio is issued by one of the largest asset management firms in Canada which invests and manages over $39 billion for the likes of the Canada Pension Plan, 6 major Canadian Banks, 175 Institutions as well as several Foundations and Endowments.
